		<description>If teachers spent more than 1 month out of the year talking about historic black leaders, perhaps the same stories wouldn&#039;t be repeated every February...

And what about black leaders making history TODAY? I have a feeling grade schools are continuing to focus on historical figures (which is still good), even though there are so many prominent black people making a difference in the world we currently live in. Not only are they inspirational, they&#039;re a bit more accessible just based on the fact that they&#039;re still alive.

If I were ruling the country, things would be different :)</description>
