I just read through the PC discussion. It was so refreshing to read about other young nonprofit workers out there! I am at a very small foundation right now, with only myself and the Executive Director on staff, so I often feel lonely and disconnected from the rest of the nonprofit community. There were tons of concrete ideas and suggestions to motivate me in my nonprofit career. I’ll be following your blog from now on.
